Can i cry?

Just a few minutes ago, I was wondering a lot of questions and this moment, I feel like crying~
Crying for being so indecisive,
crying for being so naive,
crying for being so immature...

I had been having heart pain and headache this few days. I hope that i'm all right~
I think i should be going to see the doctor soon for a checkup.
I do not know what had cause the heart pain. When breathe in, it started to get pain. Is it because i haven get enough sleep? I hope so.
I was once checking for my heart when i was in primary school. But the specialist said i'm all right after checking~ That was the most embarrasses time of my life. ( Don't even want to mention a word on it.)
The headache, i suppose it was cause by the sun in the afternoon when i was out for lunch just outside my company...
No matter what it is, I think that my health was not taken care of and it is my responsible. I should take note of that.
